Deri Homes Ltd is proud of the work we have done over the years and have delivered an impressive array of timber frame homes and timber framed building projects around Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire area.

We can supply timber frame kits for bungalows, semi-detached houses and log cabins, among others.

However, we can also help anyone who is interested in building a PassivHaus (Passive House). The PassivHaus is the latest in ecological design to create a low-cost, cheap-to-run home.

There’s no doubt that timber frame houses are growing in popularity since they offer higher levels of energy efficiency and air tightness than traditional block construction homes which makes them warmer and cheaper to heat.

Cartrefi Deri Homes completed our house build in 2013. Huw was our project manager and completed the job to a high standard and on time. This was a large build, which had some building challenges and the Cartrefi Deri team handled all aspects of the build effectively. They completed the build on schedule and to the originally estimated budget, although we expanded some aspects of the build as it went along. The team were adaptable and responded well to these changes and worked effectively with external agencies. They were conscious of cost and looked for oppotunities to save us money. The standard of work and the finish was of the highest quality and the communication and project management was excellent. There were only minor alterations at the end of the build and these were dealt with promptly. We would highly recommend Huw and the Cartrefi Deri team and would certainly be very happy to use them again for any future work.
